In part 2 of two parts, learn when it makes sense to outsource IT and more about the various technologies appropriate for different sizes and stages of growth of your nonprofit. Are you a small start up? Middle sized and middle aged? Is your organization tech risk averse or cutting edge eager? These factors play a big role in whether you outsource some or all of your IT support, and what roles you need to keep in house.
